About Jimoh Mubashir olamide :
Questions were answered by Jimoh Basirat Oluwafunke (Jimoh Mubashir olamide 's Mother)
What values or life lessons do you strive to instill in your child, and how do they embody those values?
Giving & Sharing: Is A Farmer’s True Wealth Each time my child harvests from his little farm, I encourage him to set aside a portion to give out to neighbors, to friends, and to the less privileged. This simple act teaches him that farming is not just about feeding ourselves, but about blessing others. True wealth is not in what we store up, but in the joy of sharing from our abundance. May this habit grow with him, so that as his farm expands, his heart for giving will remain even bigger.
What aspirations or dreams does your child have for their future? How do they plan to achieve them?
He want to be a FARMER. He has been on hands practice and Early Exposure which has increased his passion for it. He has been enrolled in agriculture club at school. He has been introduced to smart farming. I have been teaching him saving, buying and selling because modern farming is also agribusiness. As he grow older I will plan for tertiary education in agriculture, animal science and crop production. Am looking for a way to connect him with successful farmers . I will ensure that we attend agricultural expos, seminars , and exhibitions together. I have already secure a land for for him as a starting point. I have open a savings account for his future farm project. Most importantly, I keep encouraging him and reminding him that farming is not just hard work. It is wealth, food and legacy.
What do you believe makes Jimoh Mubashir olamide truly special and deserving to win this contest?
My child is truly special because he is already living his dream of becoming a farmer with passion, discipline, and generosity. Beyond planting and harvesting, he shares his produce with others, proving that farming to him is not just about food but about kindness, community, and legacy. This unique blend of skill, innovation, and compassion makes him deserving to win
