What values or life lessons do you strive to instill in your child, and how do they embody those values?
We teach Eliana to be kind and respectful, tell the truth, share with others, listen to her parents and elders, say “please” and “thank you,” take care of her belongings and help when she can. We also encourage her to ask questions, learn from her mistakes, be confident and understand that education and good character are important. At her age (2years,10months), she is learning to express herself respectfully, share with others, listen to instructions and show affection and kindness to people around her. We also encourage her to be confident and curious while learning.
What aspirations or dreams does your child have for their future? How do they plan to achieve them?
Eliana is still young, but she already shows a strong interest in Mathematics, numbers and learning. She enjoys counting and simple number activities. We hope to nurture this interest through quality education, encouragement and opportunities to explore STEM-related activities as she grows, allowing her talents and aspirations to develop naturally.
What do you believe makes Eliana Udeme Akpaso truly special and deserving to win this contest?
What makes Eliana truly special is her cheerful personality, curiosity and eagerness to learn. At her young age, she is already drawn to numbers and enjoys Mathematics and learning new things. She is loving, playful and expressive, and brings joy to those around her. She's concerned about one's welfare and notices when you're sad, happy or worried. She's so positive and corrects you if you think or say negative words. We believe she deserves to win because she is a bright little girl with a beautiful personality, growing potential and a genuine love for learning.
